Chicken fillets

Chicken fillet is famous for that it can be easily overdone during cooking due to lack of fat, in order to avoid this, a bulb that has been passed through the meat grinder should be added to the chopped meat, the juice of which will further ensure juiciness and the bitlets themselves. We season the meat and mold it with the same size. Each of the bits is fried in a heavily heated olive oil until browned.

In a separate bowl, fry mushrooms, and when all moisture evaporates, add garlic and thyme (fresh or dried). Fill mushrooms with a mixture of milk and yogurt, and let the creamy sauce evaporate and thicken. We put in the sauce bitos and stew them for 7-9 minutes, then sprinkle the dish with the feathers of green onions.

We rub the marrow on a small grater and lightly squeeze it to get rid of excess moisture. Mix the zucchini with the chopped chicken and egg, add the finely chopped greens and the clove of garlic, rubbed with sea salt. If desired, a bit of cayenne pepper and cumin can also be added to the bit mix.

Minced form into balls of equal size and slightly flatten each of them with the palms. Fry the beans for 4-6 minutes on vegetable or olive oil. If desired, chicken fillets can be made in the oven, preheating the last to 190 degrees and leaving a baking tray with bites for 9-12 minutes.

Chicken meat, whether fillet or red meat, we clean from the films and live, then finely chopped and mixed with grated cheese and spices. As the latter can be used as a standard combination of salt and freshly ground pepper, and a ready mix of spices for chicken, which is easy to find in any market. Another flavor of the dish will be a small amount of Dijon mustard. Peeled onion and apple rubbed on a medium grater and added to minced meat, pre-squeezed excess moisture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form a cutlet from them. Chop the chicken breast enough to fry over a well-warmed oil for about 6-7 minutes, then soak excess fat with a kitchen towel and serve the dish to the table.

A piquant addition to such a dish of chicken can be a light yogurt sauce, consisting of a mixture of yogurt with a small clove of garlic, crushed mint leaves and zest of half a lemon or lime.
