Sun dried peppers for the winter

Ingredients:

Preparation

The oven is pre-ignited and heated up to about 100 degrees. In the meantime, wash the peppers, wipe them with a towel and remove the core with seeds with a sharp knife. Then cut the vegetables into large pieces and sprinkle each pepper with salt and herbs. We lay out the blanks in the mold and send it to the oven for 5 hours, periodically turning each piece. Garlic is peeled off the husks and cut into thin strips. In a preheated jar we lay out dried peppers, throw spices and garlic. Now with a thin trickle slowly pour in the oil, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator. We store pepper dried all winter.

Preparation

Pepper washed, dry with a towel, cut in half, take out the seeds and remove the excess partitions. Again rinse with water and put the vegetables in a bowl so that they are cut down. After all the water drains, spread the peppers on a baking tray, sprinkle each with spices and sprinkle a little with olive oil. We send the pepper into the oven, setting the temperature at 120 degrees for about 4 hours. During cooking, reduce it to 110 degrees. After the time has elapsed, take out the baking sheet and leave the vegetables to cool. Now we prepare a fragrant filling: we wash the grass, dry it on a towel, and chop garlic and rinse it. Next, pour olive oil to the herb with garlic, mix and warm the mixture for several minutes in a microwave, but do not boil! We spread the dried peppers on clean jars and fill them with spicy oil. Add a little balsamic vinegar, close the lids, remove the infusion and ripen in the refrigerator. For longer storage, you can put the cans in the oven and sterilize them for about 45 minutes.
