In equal proportions (1: 1) we combine sour cream with mayonnaise and fill the mixture with lettuce, which we mix with a wooden spatula.

Adyghe cheese is cut into fairly large cubes. Arbitrary, but also large cut celery leaves. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, if you want, then you can four slices. We connect all the cut ingredients in one container with high walls for convenient mixing. You can add a handful of pine nuts here - they will add a special flavor to the taste of your salad. We put in the same capacity already prepared, peeled shrimp, sprinkle all the lemon juice, if desired, sprinkle with salt. In the end, fill the resulting salad with olive oil and mix all the ingredients.

On a dish with a flat bottom lay out the canned green peas, which is quite a bit watering mayonnaise. On the grater with small holes rub the melted cheese and also cover with olive mayonnaise, and on top we rub out half of the finely chopped green onions. Beautifully, in the form of a small thin straw we cut salted pink salmon and lay it on the salad next layer, followed by a mayonnaise mesh. Cooked chicken eggs rub directly on the salad and do not forget again about mayonnaise, and on top of it we already distribute the remaining green ray.
