Milk is brought to a light boil and remove from the plate. Leave the milk to cool under the lid to a temperature of 43-45 degrees. We select about a glass of milk and cultivate a bacterial culture in it. Pour the milk with the leaven to the rest of the milk and mix thoroughly. Do not forget about sterility all this time. Wash hands and surface thoroughly before cooking, pour a spoon and a glass of boiling water. Otherwise, unnecessary microflora will actively multiply in the mixture and yogurt will not work.

In the oven turn on the light and put in it a container of milk. Generated heat will be sufficient for fermentation. You can also store heat with a warm blanket wrapped in milk.

Ready yogurt poured over 3 layers of gauze, placed above the pan. We put the yogurt strained in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Greek yogurt can be cooked in a multi-store with a "Yogurt" mode for 8 hours. Delicious Greek yogurt is obtained in yogurt, the cooking time depends on the brand of your device and is indicated in the instructions to it.

We put the cream on the fire together with the vanilla pod cut in half. Add sugar to the cream and bring them to a light boil. We extract the vanilla pod, add gelatin to the cream and leave it to swell for 5 minutes. After, dissolve gelatin in cream and add Greek yogurt. Pour the mixture into shapes and put it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.

Salad with Greek yoghurt

Salted water is brought to a boil and boiled in it chicken fillet about 15 minutes. Ready-made fillets cool and roughly cut, or dismantled for fiber.

Celery cut into small slices, cut the grapes in half, and if necessary remove the bones. Prepared ingredients are mixed together in a salad bowl and seasoned with Greek yoghurt. To taste, we also add salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with pecans.
