At the berries we tear off the stems and throw the prepared ingredients into the pan. We reduce the flame and cook the compote of strawberries and apples for 20 minutes. At the very end, we add to the taste washed flakes of fresh mint and weak for another couple of minutes. Ready to drink the filter, pour sugar to taste and serve warm or chilled, decorated with ice cubes and mint leaves.

So, first, as usual, we prepare cans and covers: mine them, sterilize and dry them. We peel the berries and, if necessary, wash them, removing the stems. Now let's cook the syrup. To do this, pour the required amount of filtered water into the multivark bowl and pour in the sugar. We prepare the syrup with the lid closed for 15 minutes, selecting the program "Multipovar". Berries put in a jar, throw a little citric acid and fresh mint leaves, pre-washed. Cherries and strawberries are washed separately, we remove garbage and put the berries in a jar. Fill with steep boiling water, and after 5 minutes drain the liquid and boil it. Berries fall asleep with sugar, add citric acid to taste, pour boiling water and close the jar. We turn it upside down, wrap it and leave it to cool for 3 days. After that, we remove the compote in a cool place.
