Champignons carefully sorted, washed and discarded in a colander. Without wasting time, we turn to the preparation of the pickle: pour in a saucepan of vegetable oil and table vinegar. We throw there the laurel leaf, bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic crushed on a grater. After that, add sugar and salt to taste, stir and place the dishes on a small fire. Boil the brine, stirring constantly, until all the crystals dissolve. Further we pour out the prepared mushrooms and carefully mix. Close the top with a lid and boil the champignons for 20 minutes on medium heat. Now we arrange them on jars, we cool them and send them to the refrigerator for cooling. The next morning the mushrooms are completely ready for consumption. We spread marinated mushrooms in oil in a salad bowl, sprinkle with onion rings and chopped fresh herbs if desired.

To prepare marinated mushrooms at home, mushrooms are washed beforehand, dried and cut into small slices. Purified garlic squeezed through the press, and freshly chopped freshly with a knife. Spread the mushrooms in a saucepan, watered with vinegar, vegetable oil and add sugar, salt, cloves, sweet pepper and bay leaf. Mushrooms washed, dried and cut into medium slices. Then spread the mushrooms into a deep enamel saucepan and pour filtered water. Then add the lemon, mix and set dishes for medium fire. We bring the mushrooms to a boil, we throw salt and sugar to taste and boil over a slow fire for about 1.5 hours. A few minutes before the end of cooking, we add all the necessary spices and seasonings: black peppercorns, bay leaves and chopped garlic. After that, pour carefully the table vinegar and lay the pickled mushrooms on clean glass jars. Fill them with hot brine and roll up the lid. We turn the closed jars, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them to cool in this form. We store the finished conservation in a dark and cool place.
