Tartlets are not only a snack buffet, they are great for serving on a classic banquet feast and always come to the place. Tartlets are convenient to eat, their variety helps to satisfy the taste of each of the guests, and the simplicity of cooking will please any home cook. Tartlets on a festive table with ricotta cheese
Ingredients:
For corn basis:
- corn flour - 1/2 st;
- wheat flour - 1/2 tbsp .;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- milk - half a century;
- egg - 1 pc.
- butter - 2 tbsp. spoons.
For filling:
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- "Parmesan" (grated) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- basil - 2-3 branches;
- olive oil - 2 tsp;
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- Ricotta cheese - 3/4 tbsp.
Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix both types of pre-sifted flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat one egg, mix it with milk and melted butter. We combine dry and liquid ingredients, knead thick dough. Distribute the dough on oiled forms for cupcakes and send to the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
While the base for our tartlets is baked, we cut tomatoes, mix them with chopped garlic, grated "Parmesan", butter, vinegar, salt and pepper.
We remove the prepared bases from the oven and leave it to cool. We cut off the top with each muffin, grease with a thick layer of ricotta and lay out the salad. We decorate tartlets on a biscuit base with basil leaves.
Tartlets on the festive table with caviar
Such tartlets on the festive table can be cooked literally a couple of minutes before the arrival of guests: simply, quickly and very elegantly.
Ingredients:
- tartlets;
- Red caviar;
- canned tuna - 160 g;
- mayonnaise - 60 g;
- green onions - for decoration;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
With the tuna, drain the butter and place the pulp in a blender, add salt, pepper, a little mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. In the tartlet we put on a tablespoon of tuna cream, sprinkle with chopped green onions and decorate with a teaspoon of caviar. That's all, tartlets with caviar are ready!
Tarte on polenta with chicken
Ingredients:
For polenta:
- polenta - 500 g;
- cream - 250 ml;
- pepper - 1/2 tsp.
For filling:
- fried chicken - 200 g;
- sauce pesto - 1/2 tbsp .;
- salt, pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- dried cranberry - 1/2 tbsp.
Preparation
Polenta is prepared according to the instructions on the package. As soon as the porridge begins to thicken, season it with salt, pepper, pour the cream. Pour the polenta on a baking sheet, oiled, and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
All the ingredients for the filling are mixed in a separate container. We cut the polenta by means of a glass on small mugs, on top of which we put our stuffing, from above we decorate with dried cranberries .
This dish will be an excellent substitute for boring salads in waffle baskets.
Tartlets with berries
Snacks in tartlets for the holiday should not always be salty. For example, tartlets with berries from the recipe presented below, perfectly complement a glass of champagne.
Ingredients:
- cheese "Philadelphia" - 400 g;
- berry syrup - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- tartlets;
- blueberries - 100 g;
- raspberries - 100 g;
- mint leaves - for decoration;
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- powdered sugar.
Preparation
Cheese beat in a blender with a tablespoon of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Fill the tartlets with cheese mass and spread over the berries of raspberries and blueberries. We decorate the dish with berry syrup, mint leaves and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
