As soon as the kissel starts to thicken, we remove it from the fire. Stir the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar for about 15 minutes. Water put on the fire and bring to a boil, add sliced ​​apples, grated grated zest and sugar. When the apples become soft, strain the jelly. Starch is mixed in 100 ml of water, pour a starch mixture into the kissel with a thin trickle, stirring constantly. Bring the jelly to a boil, boil for about 30 seconds and turn off the fire, jelly is ready!

Potato starch pour 1 glass of cold water and mix. In the water, pour sugar, mix and put on the fire, bring to a boil. Sugar should completely dissolve. Remove the syrup from the fire. With a lemon, carefully peel the peel and three on a fine grater. Add it to the hot syrup, cover it with a lid and leave for 20 minutes. We clean the orange and the flesh cut into small pieces. Syrup filter, pour juice into it, squeezed out of half a lemon. There we add also slices of an orange. Again, put the syrup on the fire, but do not bring it to the boil. In the hot syrup slowly pour starch mixture, quickly mix. As soon as the kissel thickens, we remove it from the fire.
