Punch is the collective name of a whole group of alcoholic drinks with fruit juice in its composition, which are served in cold or hot form. Most of the punch is served on a buffet in a huge bowl with pieces of fruit, the juice of which was used for making drinks. Despite the tradition, it is permissible to prepare and serve a non-alcoholic punch, so we decided to provide several versions of this classic drink for those who do not drink alcohol.

Non-alcoholic punch with berries

I clean my berries and dry them. Strawberries are cut into halves or quarters, depending on the size, and put bilberries and raspberries in a punch bowl entirely. Fill berries with a mixture of mors and lemonade, and then leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Lime cut into thin slices and put in a bowl with a drink. If desired, we add pips of ice to the punch.

Ginger ale is a non-alcoholic drink that is also easily prepared at home. A couple of tablespoons of ale will make the punch more fragrant.
