Ingredients:

  3. Apples are rinsed and cut into 2 parts, carving out the seeds.

  5. Prepared fruit put in a jar, filling it by about a third.
  6. Now pour sugar fine sand and gently pour in hot water.
  7. Cover the top with a lid for canning and insist 5-7 minutes to make the pot warm.
  8. Then gently pour the broth back into the pan and boil.
  9. Fill the fruit a second time and tighten the lid with a special grinding machine. Carefully turn the jar and put on the floor bottom up.
  10. After the complete cooling, a ready compote of fresh apples and oranges is stored at home at room temperature, or we carry it out to the cellar.

  1. Apples and orange washed, wiped and cut into slices.

  3. Close the device with the lid, activate the "Quenching" program, set the timer for about 1 hour and wait.

  5. We reduce the heating, we weld the compote for several minutes, and pour it over the jars. We roll up the lids and insist until it is completely cooled. After this, we remove the workpiece in the cellar and store it for no more than 2 years.
