Salad with salmon and mushrooms

The oven is pre-ignited and heated up to 220 degrees. Now, from the roll of baking foil we cut 4 small rectangles, with sides about 30x60 centimeters. Fold each of them in half and place in the center of the fish steak. Vegetables and mushrooms are processed, crushed in cubes, spread around the salmon and sprinkled with all the spices. Now gently collect the foil "boat" and pour in a dry white wine. We sealed the envelopes tightly, put them on a baking tray and send salmon and mushrooms to the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We clean the head and tail of the salmon from the scales, wash it, remove the gills, put it in a saucepan and fill it with water. Now put the dishes on the fire and, as soon as the boils, remove the foam, add peeled onions, bay leaf and pepper peas. Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the fish from the broth, lightly cool and separate the fillets from the skin and bones. Broth filter, add fish fillets and processed cheese. Thoroughly mix the soup and try it on salt. We serve a dish only in hot form with fresh herbs.
