Preparation
For stuffing, choose a small pumpkin of the correct form of sugar varieties, mine it and cut the top in the form of a "lid". Using a spoon, select the seeds with their accompanying fibrous flesh.
For the filling, cook until ready rice, rinse carefully in hot water raisins and prunes and cut the latter into several pieces. Nuts are sorted, a little shredded and we begin preparing apples. My fruits, cleanse, cut in half and get rid of the core. Flesh cut into strips or cubes and mixed with raisins, nuts, prunes and rice. Season the filling with sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, mix and shift into a pumpkin. On top, lay out pieces of butter and add water, cover the fruit with a "lid" and place it in the baking tank or on the baking tray, into which we pour a little water. We grease the pumpkin with oil and send it for baking in the oven heated to 190 degrees for an hour and a half, if necessary adding more water. We are checking the readyness of the dish for the softness of the pumpkin, piercing it with a toothpick.

Sweet pumpkin with apples, baked in the oven slices

- lemon juice - 25 ml;

Preparation
