First, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix in a bowl 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, chopped garlic, ginger and finely chopped cilantro. Put some greens off. Put the tuna in a bowl and gently flip the pieces so they are completely covered with the marinade. Put the fish in the fridge for a few hours, so that it is de-marinated. At this time, thoroughly heat the grill over high heat. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining olive oil, chopped greens and honey. Lubricate the grill grill with oil and put the fillet of tuna, cover and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then turn the steaks and, once again cover the grill, fry for a few minutes. After that, remove the lid and fry the fish until ready, periodically pouring it with marinade.

When the tuna is almost ready, grease it on both sides with honey glaze and remove from the grate.

From ready-made fish you can make salad with tuna and vegetables , but it is better to eat it separately.
