Tuna steak - recipe

Ingredients:
- fresh tuna - 400 g;
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt and black pepper - to taste;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- Basil, dill, parsley - a couple of twigs;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Combine in a bowl of olive oil, chopped garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice. Tuna wash, drain and cut into steaks, approximately 2 cm thick. Fold them in a bowl, pour the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. Heat the oil in a pan and fry each steak on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Finished pieces of fish put on a dish, and cover, so as not to cool. Vegetables wash and cut: pepper - strips, and tomatoes - quarters, quickly fry them over a large fire, transfer to a bowl, salt and sprinkle with chopped greens. Serve vegetables with steaks.
Grilled tuna steak
If you decide to cook fish in the countryside and you have a grill for it, then we will share a way how to prepare a tuna steak on a grill in honey glaze.
Ingredients:
- steaks from tuna - 4 pcs .;
- root of ginger crushed - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- lemon juice - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- coriander - 1 bunch;
- honey - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
First, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix in a bowl 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, chopped garlic, ginger and finely chopped cilantro. Put some greens off. Put the tuna in a bowl and gently flip the pieces so they are completely covered with the marinade. Put the fish in the fridge for a few hours, so that it is de-marinated.
When the tuna is almost ready, grease it on both sides with honey glaze and remove from the grate.
From ready-made fish you can make salad with tuna and vegetables , but it is better to eat it separately.
