Fragrant gingerbread cookies are a seasonal treat. A dense and fairly heavy dough fits well with a cup of delicious tea or hot chocolate , but not with a refreshing summer lemonade. Nevertheless, what prevents us from preparing our favorite delicacies when we want to? That's why we decided to dedicate today's article to how to bake gingerbread.

A classic recipe for gingerbread



Oven warm up to 180 degrees. We cover the baking trays with parchment paper.

With the help of a mixer, beat up soft butter, sugar and syrup until creamy consistency. We add the egg to the oil cream and carefully beat it again.

We sift the flour and mix it with soda and ground spices. Without stopping to beat the butter-egg mass, add dry ingredients to it. As soon as the dough becomes dense enough, we switch to manual work, kneading the dough on a dusty surface.

The dough is rolled to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut the gingerbread from the dough with a knife or mold, and put it on the prepared baking sheet. We cook homemade gingerbread cookies 10-12 minutes, and then leave to cool. Beat egg white with sugar and lemon juice until a dense glaze glaze is formed. We decorate it with a cold treat and serve it.

Oven reheat to 160 degrees. Covert we cover with baking paper. Syrup, sugar and butter are put in a small saucepan and warmed, stirring, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. We remove the mixture from the fire and leave it to cool. Add egg yolk to the butter and beat it together.

Flour sift with soda and spices. Constantly stirring the oil-egg mixture, we begin to pour dry ingredients into the bowl. Dough kneading kneading and rolling out to a thickness of 2-3 cm. Bake cakes for 12-15 minutes, leave to cool for another half an hour.

From the remains of butter, vanilla, milk and sugar, we prepare the glaze. Put all the ingredients in a water bath, let's pour for about 5 minutes, and then water the glaze with gingerbread.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Lubricate the shape of 9x25 cm oil. Milk is heated together with soda and honey, after which we leave to cool. Whip the butter with sugar. In the finished air mass, add 1 egg at a time, until complete mixing. Here we also send sliced ​​figs, cinnamon and ground ginger.

We sift the flour and add soda to it. We combine the flour with butter and add the milk-honey mix. The resulting dough for gingerbread cookies is poured into a mold and put into the oven for 50 minutes. Let the gingerbread cool down.

From sugar powder, peel and juice of a lemon, we prepare glaze, which we water a loaf.
