Diet by day for weight loss

We know a lot of methods of weight loss, which are based on different principles, calculated for different times, have their pros and cons etc. The diet, painted on days, allows all wishing to follow the recommendations on the menu without problems and to lose weight.

We offer to disassemble one diet for weight loss by days, calculated for a week. In the first day, the body cleanses, and then gradually added products, which allows you to achieve the necessary caloric intake. In the presented menu the portion is 200 g.

Diet by the days of the week

Day # 1

Morning: 125 grams of vegetable salad (dressing - yogurt), a pair of bran toast with butter.

Lunch: 65 g cottage cheese 0%, 125 g fruit salad and a couple of bran toast with butter.

Snack: 1 tbsp. kefir, 155 grams of cottage cheese and a couple of apples.

Dinner: 60 grams of oatmeal from vegetables and unsweetened tea.

Day # 2

Morning: bran toast with butter and coffee with milk 0%.

Lunch: a half of potatoes in a uniform with butter and 155 grams of vegetable salad.

Snack: tea with low-fat milk and a little honey.

Dinner: a portion of chicken cutlets, steamed, and a portion of stewed vegetables, as well as compote.

Day # 3

Morning: bran toast and coffee.

Lunch: vegetable soup.

Snack: a couple of carrots.

Dinner: 155 grams of beans and salad from vegetables, a serving of Brussels sprouts and 1 tbsp. tomato juice.

Day # 4

Morning: as on day number 1.

Lunch: a portion of salad from cucumbers and onions, a pair of eggs and 1 tbsp. tomato juice.

Snack: tea with low-fat milk and 50 g of crackers.

Supper: 255 grams of vegetable salad with greens.

Day # 5

Morning: as in day number 3.

Lunch: a half of potatoes in a uniform with butter and a salad of vegetables.

Snack: a handful of nuts and dried fruits .

Dinner: 150 grams of porridge with vegetables.

Day # 6

Morning: 100 g carrots and 50 grams low-fat cheese.

Lunch: 400 g of boiled fillet, 100 g of stewed cabbage and 150 g of vegetable salad.

Snack: pear.

Dinner: a portion of stewed vegetables and 50 g of fresh pancakes.

Day # 7

Morning: as on day number 2.

Lunch: as on day number 2.

Snack: 60 g of dried fruits.

Dinner: 100 g of chopped beans with garlic and a portion of lean fish.

The main principle of a diet on days is to observe the menu and not move the days between each other.
