Pumpkin diet is a great method of losing weight for those who like pumpkin and are ready to eat it every day for 12 days (this is the time that takes the classic option). Do not worry, pumpkin is by no means the only thing you can take. The diet, although not too diverse, but you will not remain hungry.

Diet on pumpkin refers to the category of low-calorie diets, thanks to which just can not help but give results. The body needs to take energy somewhere, and if there is not enough food for it, then the active consumption of fat accumulated earlier begins.

The whole diet consists of four repeating cycles, each of which takes four days. Throughout the diet, you must strictly adhere to the specified diet and under no circumstances add to the food of anything that goes beyond the specified meals.

Recipes from pumpkins on a diet

  1. Pumpkin porridge. Cut 200 grams of pumpkin into cubes, put in water and soak for half an hour under the lid. After that, add 2-3 tablespoons of any grains - preferably brown rice, oat flakes or millet. Continue to simmer for half an hour on a slow fire. Done!
  2. Pumpkin soup: cut raw vegetables and put in a saucepan - it should be pumpkin, pepper, carrots, 1-2 small potatoes. Pour the vegetables with water and bring to a boil, add the finely chopped tomato. To taste, you can add a bouillon cube - but only vegetable! Cook until done.
  3. Pumpkin salad with apple. Equal portions of apples and pumpkin rub on a large grater, season with white yogurt without additives or lemon juice.
  4. Baked pumpkin. Slice the pumpkin slices and bake for about 30 minutes at 2000 degrees in the oven. You can add 1 spoonful of honey to the serving.
  5. Stew with pumpkin. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil carrots and pumpkin, add water, put out for a few minutes. Then add a third of the can of canned beans and finely chopped tomato. Simmer over low heat until cooked. Sprinkle the prepared dish with herbs.

Do not forget that all these dishes must be eaten without bread and with a minimum of salt!
