Now proceed to prepare the dough. We combine flour, salt, sugar, vanillin and soda, mix. Spread the butter and chop everything with a knife to make the butter crumb. Add the sour cream to it and knead the dough. It turns out rather dense, but plastic. To make all the tubes come out the same size, you can make a template of paper or paperboard - a rectangle 30 cm long and 10 cm wide. The dough is divided into 15 pieces, each of them is rolled out and cut out according to the prepared template.

For each piece of dough, close to the edge, lay a row of cherries and roll the roll. Seam and edges are properly tucked in order that the juice does not leak.
