In order for everything to work out correctly, butter and eggs must be at room temperature. Start cooking with whipping butter, this will take you about 5-6 minutes, then add sugar to it and whisk for another 10-12 minutes.

In a separate container, break 4 eggs, there also send 2 yolks and cognac, lightly mix it all with a fork. Now gently, on a spoon, enter the eggs into the sugar-and-oil mixture. Before adding a new portion, make sure that the previous one intervenes well. Beat this mixture for 10-12 minutes.

From the total amount of flour, put aside two tablespoons. The rest of it is combined with a baking powder, sift several times, and then spoon into the oil-egg mixture. As a result, you should leave an airy, gentle and oily mass. Raisins pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and pour it with the left flour, mix everything, then send the raisins to the dough and mix everything again well. Forms for baking abundantly grease with butter, sprinkle with flour and put in them dough.

Put the muffins in the oven, heated to 170 degrees, and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the cupcakes are ready, let them cool right in the molds, and then get out and sprinkle your "Capital Cupcakes" with raisins with powdered sugar.
