Berry jelly - an unusual, very tasty and healthy dessert, which, when properly cooked, preserves the taste of fresh berries. Such a dessert can be used for decoration, as well as as an independent dish.
Recipe for jelly from frozen berries
Ingredients:
- frozen berries - 500 g;
- gelatin dry - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- boiled water - 3 items;
- Fresh mint - for decoration;
- granulated sugar - 100 g.

Now tell you how to make jelly from berries. So, first choose berries for jelly. The most delicious desserts are usually obtained from strawberries, blackberries, cranberries and various currant varieties. If you have decided and decided to make jelly from red currant, then we take about 2.5 times less gelatin, since it contains pectin - a natural vegetable gelling agent.
Now we sort out the berries and thoroughly wash them. We put them in a colander and let the excess water drain off. Dry gelatin is bred in a glass of ice water and left for about 2 hours. After that we dissolve it in a water bath, stirring, but not bringing to a boil. A few prepared berries are put aside to decorate the finished jelly. All other berries are ground in a mortar, or we rub them through a sieve. Then let the allocated juice stand and pour it into a separate bowl.
We pour the mashed potatoes with two glasses of boiled water and put it on the fire. Bring the mixture to a boil, pour sugar and boil until the crystals are completely dissolved. After that, we remove the dishes from the stove and give the berry broth a little to cool down. Now we filter the drink through gauze, pour the berry juice and, stirring, add the gelatin mixture.
Pure silicone molds pour cold water, lay on the bottom of berries and fill them with the prepared mixture. Then we remove the dessert in the refrigerator for freezing. Just before serving, we lower the jelly molds for a few seconds in very hot water and spread the contents on a flat plate. We decorate the delicacy with fresh mint leaves.

Then, strawberries and raspberries are ground in a blender, pour sugar and pour a little lemon juice. Again, whisk the mass and leave for 15 minutes. Gelatin is bred in cold water. We set the berry mass on a weak fire, bring it to a boil, pour in the swollen gelatin and heat the mixture for about 5 minutes. Then we pour the mass into molds and cool it. After that, place the dessert until it is completely solidified in the refrigerator.
Jelly from forest berries with gelatin
Ingredients:
- frozen blueberries - 100 g;
- frozen strawberries - 100 g;
- frozen currant - 100 g;
- lemon juice - to taste;
- water 100 ml;
- gelatine - 20 g.
Preparation
