The stars of the "velvet season" are rightly considered to be peaches, which in August-September become the main components of a number of blanks and desserts. We will offer you one of the options of the latter - a pie with peaches and cottage cheese, for which it is so pleasant to spend the last summer days.
Sand cake with cottage cheese and peaches
Ingredients:

- butter - 85 g;
- egg yolks - 4 pieces;
- flour - 290 g;
- rum - 15 ml.

- cottage cheese - 110 g.
Preparation
In the bowl of the blender, pour in the flour with sugar, add any favorite nuts next to it and whip everything until the nuts turn into the tiniest bit. Add butter and eggs to the dry ingredients, pour in the rum, and then knead the dough. Leave the dough to stand in the cold for half an hour, and then roll and cover the selected form with it. Bake separately at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, and in the resulting cream add the whipped cream until the soft peaks, eggs and peach liquor. Distribute the curd cream on the basis of the dough, on top of the poured pieces of peaches and put the dish in a preheated to 185 degrees oven for 22-25 minutes.
If you do not have fresh peaches at hand, then you can safely cook a cake with cottage cheese and canned peaches, after draining the syrup from the latter.

- cottage cheese - 245 g;
- sugar puda - 190 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- peaches - 3 pieces;
- powder for baking - 1 teaspoon.
