In the ladle we warm up the oil, add salt, pour in the milk, mix and leave to cool. We sift the flour, add baking powder and sugar to it. Now we pour in a mixture of milk and butter, knead the dough and for an hour we remove it in the refrigerator. Dried apricots and raisins are washed and put into a frying pan with oil, add sugar and heat for 5 minutes, and then remove from heat and let it cool. Dough we divide into pieces, roll out and spread out the filling. Wrap the edges carefully and bake for 30 minutes, pre-lubricating the top with an egg and sprinkling with sugar.
