How do you know your psychological age?

If you do not like your age in the passport, you can easily convince yourself that the visible is not true. At you in a stock, except for chronological ("passport") the whole three age:

Biological age is the level of physiological development. For each age group has its own development criteria. Thus, if what was to develop is not yet there, your biological age lags behind the chronological age. If something has developed that should not be - biologically (or physiologically), you are older than written in the passport.

The social age is how and by whom, we look in the eyes of others. This indicator may differ roughly from how and by whom, we look in our own eyes.

The previous sentence deals with the psychological age of a person. The one who we feel ourselves.

Psychological age - the general rules of "aging" and "rejuvenation"

The concept of psychological age - a thing unstable. This or that event in life can make you a "young woman" or an "old woman". First of all, our inner age depends on what we represent, stereotypes in relation to the age group to which we belong chronologically.

So, young 20-year-old people often tend to exaggerate their psychological age. They feel responsible, determined, powerful - they control their own lives (that's what they think).

25 years is the time period when the psychological inner age corresponds to chronology.

Starting from the age of 30, people, on the contrary, mentally "become young" themselves and this can continue until old age.

But, all the indicators are purely individual, there are only statistics.

Child, adolescent, adult

The psychological age of an individual is the perception of the world and the relationship with the surrounding people. The inner age is built from the ratio (harmony or disharmony) of a child - a teenager - an adult.

If everything is proportional - the psychological age does not differ from the chronology. If there is disharmony (one of the "I" prevails), the difference in figures will amaze.

The child is responsible for joy, dreams, curiosity, the ability to learn and be happy.

A teenager is responsible for creative thinking, for opposing himself to the whole world.

An adult is a discipline, responsibility, control and analysis of everything that is happening.

If you are interested in how to know your psychological age, there are two ways to determine it:

Child

In psychology, people with a dominant child are called carriers of the Peter Pen syndrome. Such a person attracts others with his charm and carelessness. "Peter Pen" is sure that the world revolves around him and everyone should fulfill his whims. An egocentric "I" that does not want to hear about responsibility, work, earnings.

Teenager

This type of person has not completed his maturation. He is afraid of the big world, but he is tough against it. He has a low self-esteem, but he compensates for this at the expense of his environment.

Adult

Such people like to criticize everyone and everything, build long-term plans and try to follow them. They do not have fun, they do not rest - they are not up to it.

The most pleasant thing for them is a quiet, secured life, without changes.

If a child and a teenager are suppressed in a man, he becomes like an old man.
