We divide the dough into 6 parts, roll each into a circle, sprinkle cinnamon, roll it with rolls and cut lengthwise, without reaching the end. We take the ends and turn off the rose. So we do with all the pieces. Place the blanks on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Baked potato buns

In warm water, dissolve fresh yeast, pour sugar. Potatoes boiled in a uniform are cleaned and three on a grater. Mix the flour with salt, olive oil, potatoes and dissolved yeast. The resulting dough is set to raise the minutes by 50 in a warm place. Forms for cupcakes or muffins are smeared with butter, we put in them portions of dough, filling about half the volume. Top tear with sesame and leave for a quarter of an hour to rise. Bake buns around half an hour at a moderate temperature.

Lenten buns with sugar and cinnamon - recipe

We raise fresh yeast with warm water, pour in salt, sifted flour and knead elastic dough, for convenience, greasing hands with vegetable oil. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Approximately ΒΌ sugar from the total volume is dissolved in 50 ml of warm water. The dough is rolled with a layer about 10 mm. Lubricate the top with a culinary brush with sweet water and apply a layer of fillings of sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough roll, and then cut it into pieces, which we spread on a baking sheet. Each billet is lubricated with sugar water and let them come for half an hour. We bake lean buns with sugar and cinnamon for about half an hour.

Grilled buns with raisins

In a deep large bowl, combine the flour, previously sifted, with salt, yeast, olive oil and raisins. We knead well the dough and put it into the heat to go for an hour, covering the capacity with a towel. When the mass is doubled, knead it and make buns. Put them on a baking sheet and let stand for about 20 minutes, covering it, so as not to get aired. Then grease them with olive oil and cook in the oven for about 25 minutes.
