The official account of Sony Music on Twitter was attacked on December 26 by the hackers of the OurMine group. The level of protection was so low that it allowed the burglars to post a tweet with information about the death of Britney Spears. Fortunately, representatives of the company reacted instantly and were able to remove "shocking" information, but the second day is justified before the subscribers for the low level of protection of their official account.
The OurMine group does not aim to get money for hacking, for hackers it is an occasion to test its capabilities. Earlier, their victims were the official accounts of Mark Zuckerberg and Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales.
The first and second tweets are already removed from the page, but some managed to make screenshots of shocking news and share in social networks:

The retweet recording was seen even on Bob Dylan's page, as representatives of the musician later reported, his Twitter account also suffered a cyber attack.
CNN journalists immediately asked for explanations about the incident to Adam Leber, the representative of the singer, which they received a surprised reaction and bewilderment:
