So, first of all we need to make balls. To do this, we curd the cottage cheese through a sieve, introduce eggs, sugar and mix everything. If desired, we add coconut shavings and from the received mass we make small balls with wet hands. We put them on a plate and send it to the refrigerator for a while.

Now we proceed to the test. We break the eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. To the yolks, pour out half a serving of sugar and beat it with an electric mixer. Proteins first cool, and then also whisk, gradually pouring the remaining sugar. Chocolate is melted in a water bath, we cool it and carefully pour it to the yolk mass. Now gently combine both mixtures and mix everything up to a homogeneous state in smooth circular motions. In a separate container we sift the flour, add starch, baking powder, throw vanillin and dry cocoa to taste. Mix everything with a spoon, pour into a sieve and sift through the egg-chocolate mixture. We do this slowly, so that small lumps do not form, and mix the mass. As a result, we should get a dense chocolate mixture similar in texture to the village sour cream.

It remains now only to bake our cake in the oven. To do this, we smear the form with oil, pour out the dough and lay the frozen curd bars on top, slightly pressing them. After that, we send the chocolate cake with curd-coconut balls to bake in the heated oven for about 1 hour. We check the readiness of the dainty with a toothpick, and then cut it into portions and serve it to the table.
