Knead and knead the dough carefully (you can mixer). We roll the dough in a com, cover it with a linen napkin and place it in a warm place. After 20 minutes, we knead with hands and stir, then place in heat for 20 minutes. Once again, repeat the cycle, you can proceed to molding products.

Before forming the dough, we divide the dough into 4 parts, roll the layers, lubricate the surface of each of them, lay one on top of the other, roll it out and crush it in a lump. You can repeat the cycle several times.
