First we combine sugar and pectin, add them to orange jam . Agar-agar soak in water for 20-30 minutes. Jam is brought to a boil and poured into it with agar. We boil for about 3 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly. Now we pour the mass on the molds and put it in the refrigerator. Once the marmalade of oranges has solidified, cut into slices.

Apple-orange marmalade

We rub the orange peel on a small grater. And from the pulp squeezes out the juice. We peel apples from seeds and peel and cut slices. In the pan, pour about 60 ml of orange juice and evenly distribute sugar. We put the frying pan on the fire and wait until the sugar begins to change color. Now add apples and pour the rest of the orange juice.

Add the zest and gelling agent. The fire is reduced to a minimum, cover the pan and let it sit until the apples become soft. As a rule, it takes about 10 minutes.

We turn the apples with a blender in puree. If the resulting mass is liquid, then pour it into the pan again and, without covering it, evaporate excess moisture. Tray or tray slightly lubricate with vegetable oil, and pour the resulting mass on top with a layer about 2 cm thick. Top is leveled. You can remove the pan for freezing in the refrigerator, or you can leave it at room temperature. Finished apple-orange marmalade cut into pieces of the desired size.
