To prepare an orange jam, you need the following ingredients: 1 kilogram of peeled oranges, 1.2 kilograms of sugar, 2 cups of boiled water.

Peeled oranges peeled in hot water for 15 minutes, then pour cold water and keep them in it for at least 10 hours. After 10 hours, the oranges should be cut into slices or mugs and transferred to an enamel saucepan.
