Kefir-apple diet

Kefir and apples: diet

The simplest version of this diet involves five meals a day, for which you will eat about a kilogram of apples and a liter of 1% kefir - each time an incomplete glass of yogurt and one apple. Before going to bed, you can afford another small apple. It is recommended to choose not too sweet, but not too sour varieties. In addition, you can drink green tea and water in any quantities.

In general, this kefir-apple diet for 7 days is quite complicated, and people who are engaged in mental work, will feel it more than others. In this case it is recommended to afford a few sweet apples on the third and fourth days. This diet is unbalanced, and it is not recommended to sit on it more than this time.

Kefir-apple diet for 9 days

Another option, calculated a little more than a week, gives excellent results, and if you will restrainedly eat after a diet, the effect can be maintained. However, this option is quite tough, and it can only be used by fully healthy people.

As in the previous version, all these products should be divided into 5-6 receptions and consumed evenly throughout the day. The menu is easy to remember:

  1. In the first three days : one and a half liter of fat-free yogurt per day.
  2. In the second three days : one and a half kilograms of fresh apples a day.
  3. In the third three days: one and a half liter of fat-free yogurt per day.

It is recommended to take vitamins, including vitamins B, A and C, in addition, since only two foods are included in the diet, and they can not provide the body with all the variety of necessary elements.

The way out of the kefir-apple diet

Whatever your diet, you need a competent way out of it. There you just throw apples and eat for fried steaks, the body can simply not cope with the load that has fallen on it and start actively storing fat, which will not only save the results, but also increase weight.

That's why it is recommended to go out gradually, in a few days. We offer a soft scheme for the output, in which a diet with kefir and apples is supplemented with chicken, cheese, and then with other products:

  1. First day of release . All day eat as before kefir and apples, but for lunch eat a little boiled chicken breast with herbs.
  2. Second day of release . Eat as usual kefir and apples for breakfast, lunch and lunch, and for lunch and dinner, eat portions of braised chicken breast with vegetables.
  3. The third day of release . For breakfast, have tea with cheese, for lunch - kefir and apples, for lunch - chicken soup, for lunch - kefir and apples, for dinner - chicken breast with fresh vegetable salad.

After that, the chicken breast can be replaced with non-fat fish or beef and thus diversify its menu. If you continue to eat in the same way as indicated in the third day of output, you will not gain weight back, as this is an easy, balanced and proper diet.
