Recipe for marmalade from pumpkin

Ingredients:

Preparation

We put the crude pumpkin on a sheet for baking made with foil and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours, or until it is ready (ie soft). A ready-made pumpkin, without peel, is hand-weighed, or with the help of a blender, and the finished puree is repeatedly rubbed through a sieve. Add to the pumpkin puree sugar, lemon juice, and send to the stove. We lay the foundation for our marmalade until it thickens, when the mass will not separate from the spoon without tapping.

Pour the thick pumpkin puree in a greased form and leave for a day. Cut ready marmalade into cubes and crumble in powdered sugar.

Marmalade of pumpkin and apples

Pumpkin and apples peeled from the skin and seeds, cut into small cubes and sent to a pan. Add sugar, juice of one orange and put to stew on a small fire. As soon as the pumpkin and apple soften, and the liquid evaporates, turn the contents of the pan into a puree with a blender. Wipe the mashed potatoes through a sieve, add pre-soaked gelatin and cook on low heat until thick. The future of the jelly is poured into a 2 cm layer and left for a day in the refrigerator. Ready marmalade cut into cubes and crumble in powdered sugar.

Such a pumpkin mix can be done not only with an apple, but in addition to puree cooked pears, chopped pineapples, or peaches.
