Gorka cake with cherry and sour cream
Ingredients:

- flour - 4 tbsp;
- cherry - 300 g;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- sugar - 0,5-1 st;

- chocolate, vanilla - a little.
Preparation
Mix the hands in a deep bowl with a softened margarine, sifted flour, sour cream, sugar, salt to a homogeneous mass. We put the ready dough to cool in the refrigerator. After cooling it is divided into 3 equal parts. Each roll is rolled up not quite thin, approximately 25 cm in diameter, cut into five strips. Cherries are combined with sugar. Now take these streaks of dough and put each in a row of cherries, protect the edges and bake with flour on a baking sheet until golden brown. Cooled tubules fold the slide, smearing cream. For cream, we combine medium fat sour cream, sugar and vanilla. When our cake is ready, we decorate it with grated chocolate on top and put it in a cool place.

- soft butter - 200 g;
- cherry - 2 tbsp;
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- cognac - 0,5 st;
- sour cream (15-20% fat content) - 2 tbsp;
- sugar - 0,5-1 tbsp. (+ 7 tablespoons for glaze);
- cocoa - 2 tsp. (+ 2 tablespoons for glaze);
- milk - 4 items of l. for glaze;
- evaporated milk - 0.5 banks.
