In this article we will learn how to prepare cherry pies with light cream cream on the basis of sour cream, thanks to which the usual cherry pie turns into a three-layer dessert from the dough itself, baked berries and sour cream.

Preliminarily bring the temperature of the oven to a mark of 175 degrees. Cherries are sprinkled with 40 g of sugar and put on fire. We wait, while from berries the syrup will be allocated and we will torment them in it 4-5 minutes, then we throw it back to the colander.

Combine flour with baking powder. Separately, beat the butter and sugar in an airy white cream, to which gradually, in a thin trickle, pour the milk. We beat a couple of eggs and also very carefully and slowly pour them into the oil, so as not to exfoliate the mixture. To the oily and egg mix, add dry ingredients. The remaining two eggs are combined with sugar - this will be our fill.

Pour the dough into the mold, spread the berries over the top and pour all the sour cream. Pie with cherries and sour cream should be held in the oven for about half an hour. In the middle of the baking, sprinkle the delicacy with almond petals.
