The symptom of hyperplasia is spotting between menstruation or after a short delay. These discharges, unlike normal menstruation, are mild or smearing. Abundant bleeding is less common, usually in adolescence. If the bleeding is prolonged, it leads to anemia (anemia). Also, problems with conception may indicate hyperplasia. Very rarely, the disease is asymptomatic.

Treatment of endometrial hyperplasia

Operative and conservative methods are used to treat endometrial hyperplasia. In the operative method, scraping of the altered parts of the endometrium is performed. This method is used in women of reproductive age and before menopause, as well as in case of an emergency situation. Treatment with hormonal drugs is more often prescribed to adolescent girls and women under 35 years of age. Also useful is physiotherapy (electrophoresis) or acupuncture.
