The kneading scheme for these cakes does not differ from the classical one. The first thing to do is to combine all the dry ingredients except the sugar. The latter is whipped into an air cream together with butter. Gradually, eggs are added to the finished cream. When the emulsion is ready, it is supplemented with dry ingredients, and then, continuing to mix, begin to alternately pour in oil and milk. The ready dough for cupcakes in silicone molds is supplemented with berries and distributed in molds. The baking time of the portioned cupcakes depends directly on the size of the molds, on average, at 180 degrees, the cupcakes are baked in 25 minutes.

Dough for cakes in molds - a simple recipe

The difference between this recipe and all the others is the use of maple syrup. The latter makes the cupcakes noticeably more fragrant. Also, more flavor can be achieved by pouring your favorite spices, for example, cinnamon.

The first three dry components can be mixed together immediately.

Start beating the softened butter, adding a few maple syrups. When all the syrup is added - drive the eggs until you get an emulsion. Now mix everything with sour cream and start adding dry ingredients. When the dough collects together, distribute it on silicone molds and leave it all to bake at 165 degrees 40 minutes.

Ready-made muffins are incredibly tasty and on their own, but condensed milk can become an interesting additive to the recipe.
