Mix the soft homogeneous dough, divide it into 2 halves and remove it for a while in the refrigerator. The form for baking is covered with culinary paper, we distribute one part of the dough from above and form low sides. We spread orange jam and sprinkle the remaining piece of dough gratefully on the large grater. We bake the cake at a temperature of 185 degrees 25 minutes and cut into portions before serving.
