Ingredients:
- semolina - 150 g;
- flour - 150 g;
- baking powder for baking - 1 teaspoon;

- butter - 120 g;

- apples - 3-4 pcs.
Preparation

For biscuit:
- flour - 1 item;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- soda - 1 teaspoon;
- margarine - 140 g;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar - 2/3 of the item;
- cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- chocolate glaze for decoration.
For cream:
- semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 item;
- butter - 280 g;
- milk - 2 items;
- peel 1 lemon.
Preparation
Let's start with making biscuit cakes. Margarine whisked with sugar, and in the resulting air mass one by one we add eggs. Ready mixture is beaten with pre-sifted flour, add the dessicated soda into the dough and divide it into two equal parts. In one part we add cocoa powder, and the second we leave without additives.
Now go to the cream. We cook the liquid semolina porridge on the milk. Add the lemon zest to the cereal. The butter is beaten with sugar and portions added to the semolina, continuously whipping the last whisk. Ready custard cover cakes. Lubricate the cake with chocolate glaze and leave to soak for several hours.
