We separate the yolk from the protein, we remove the protein in the refrigerator, we will not need it. You can use it later to prepare another dish. In the bowl, mix the yolk with milk, add sugar, a bag of vanillin, mix and set on a weak fire to cook. We wait until the mass boils, but do not forget to stir constantly. Cook for 5 minutes until the cream thickens. It should be a homogeneous, viscous mass, similar to condensed milk. While the sweet mass cools, we beat the butter with a mixer and gently add our sweet syrup to 1 teaspoon.

Whip the cream until a lush, homogeneous mass is obtained. Wafer tubes are already baked in advance - as in the previous recipe. We put the custard into a confectioner's bag and fill it with crispy wafer tubules.
