Exercises for slimming calves

The thickness of the calf muscles often does not depend on the physique of a person. So, the most slender woman in the world can have fat and unattractive eggs, which, in general, speaks of a lack of motor activity. Exercises for weight loss of calves should be intensive and time consuming, because we are talking about really powerful muscles.

The complex of exercises to reduce the volume of calves consists of two parts - strengthening the muscles and stretching them.

Exercises

  1. Squats - legs together, knees are connected, hands in fists, on inhalation we sit down slowly, we stretch out our arms, on exhalation - we get up, we raise our hands through the top. Perform - 20 times.
  2. Legs together, hands on the waist, climb up on toes and drop. Knees together, climb to the maximum, retract the buttocks. We perform 20 times.
  3. Legs on the width of the shoulders, rise to the socks and, without sinking, we "slap" the feet on the floor - tear off one foot, we beat it on the floor with a toe, then the second foot. We repeat 20 times.
  4. We stand on the heels and go forward and back - 20 steps.
  5. Combine exercises 3 and 4 - do 10 "slaps" with your toe, then 10 steps with heels. It is necessary to make about 10 approaches of this exercise for full calves, otherwise there will be no effect.
  6. Legs on the width of shoulders, stand on toes, we count to 10 and go down. We make 10 approaches.
  7. We take back the left leg, bend the right leg, stretch the calf muscles. The more we bend the knee, the stronger the stretching. We change our legs and stand up to 10 bills. We need to make several approaches.
  8. Squat, put your fingers around the socks. We unbend our knees and straighten our legs completely, the body remains tilted.
  9. For the last exercise, we need a platform or an elevation-we put the socks on the dais, climb on the socks, then lower our heels to the floor. So we stretch the calf muscles.
