Sometimes you want to eat something very tasty. You can, for example, bake a lean (or not too lean) chocolate rug, the recipe for this delicacy is quite simple. Such baking, definitely, like your home and guests.

Raisins will be placed in a bowl and filled with boiling water. Let's wait 10-20 minutes, until the raisins swell, and we will merge the water, after which we will rinse again and drop the berries on the sieve. Then it would be nice to put the raisins on a paper napkin in order to remove the remnants of water as much as possible. We divide the berries into a bowl and roll in 1 tablespoon of flour.

Nuts crush, but not too much, with a knife or any other convenient way.

In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar, add soda, vanilla and liquor extinguished with vinegar. Then add a glass of water, the remaining sugar, vegetable (or softened creamy) oil. We establish a bowl on a water bath and we interfere with a whisk to the full dissolution of sugar. Now lay down the nuts and raisins. Gradually add the sifted flour, while mixing the dough. Stir the dough carefully, you can mixer at low speed with spiral stirrers. The dough should not be too thick.

Now we need a refractory mold, into which we will pour the dough (especially convenient are silicone). Form from the inside, pre-lubricate with oil.

Place the form in a preheated oven, bake at a temperature of about 180 degrees C for about 35-40 minutes. I'm ready to put hot chocolate rusk with grated chocolate and ground nuts. When the carpet slightly cool, it can be cut into pieces with a knife and served with tea, coffee, hot chocolate , mate, rooibos and other drinks of this type. You can serve with a dumpling and dairy products: milk, unsweetened yogurt, kefir, yogurt and the like. It should be noted that sweet pastries (and, in principle, pastries) are better to eat in the morning.
