Condensed milk is a universal sweetener, it can be used to make creams, sweets, cakes, ice cream and baked goods. Especially successful are pies and cakes with a supplement in the form of condensed milk, which is what we decided to devote to today's article.

The scheme for preparing a biscuit test is standard and is certainly familiar to any experienced hostess. The first thing we beat the softened butter with sugar until the mass becomes white and airy. Do not stop whipping, add the eggs to the oil mixture, one at a time, until the mixture is completely blended. In the same way, we also introduce milk into the mixture. The last ingredient for a biscuit test is, of course, flour, pre-sieved.

We cover the baking mold (20 cm) with baking paper and fill it with a biscuit base for 2/3, then randomly distribute 6 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. Pour over the remaining third of the dough, spread and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Our simple biscuit cake with condensed milk should be baked at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Separate yolks from proteins. Sugar is halved and every half is beaten separately with yolk and protein. Beat the whiskeys until firm peaks. To check up a degree of readiness of a protein it is possible rather extreme method - having turned a capacity with the protein upside down: the protein has not dropped out? Then everything is ready! Now gently mix the contents of both containers, mixing everything with a spatula. It only remains to add salt and flour with the extinguished lemon juice, soda, gently, but carefully mix everything and pour into a baking dish. Now biscuit cake with condensed milk remains baked at 200 degrees 40-45 minutes.

Ready biscuit cake cool, cut horizontally in half and grease with a cream of a mixture of butter and condensed milk. Ready cake pour melted chocolate. An additional decoration on the delicacy can serve as candied fruits, nuts, or small meringues.

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with salt until the air mass is formed. In another bowl, beat the butter and condensed milk, add egg yolks and chopped hazelnuts.

Chocolate melt in a water bath and let it cool slightly (but not harden!) So that the eggs in the mixture do not curl up with heat. We pour the chocolate to the yolk mixture, and then add whipped proteins to it, gently stirring the mass with a spatula.

The baking mold for 24 cm is lubricated with butter and poured into it our future biscuit base. We give the basis to bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes.

Condensed milk is thoroughly mixed with cocoa powder so that a uniform chocolate paste is obtained. Distribute the paste on the surface of the biscuit crust, or divide it into two parts and smear the middle. We decorate the chocolate cake with hazelnuts.
