Flour can be sifted directly into a bowl, during kneading the dough. Ready-made dough should definitely come up - go up, the volume usually increases by 2-3 times, so we wait. The third stage is the production of buns. If you add cinnamon, mix it with sugar. Dough knead, cut into small lumps. Each lump is rolled into the cake. Sprinkle sugar very abundant, the filling should be a lot. Collapse the roll and then you can turn on the fantasy. You can cut the roll in the middle and open the layers like sheets of a book. You can cut the roll in half, put it on a baking tray and flatten it slightly - you will get a kind of "rosettes". You can fold rolls immediately from two sides, and then cut into slices with a step of about 3 cm - there will be ears. In general, include imagination and boldly create. Yeast buns with sugar are baked fairly quickly, about half an hour on average, but if the buns are small in size, they can be in time before - a quarter of an hour approximately. Shake the yeast, fill it with warm milk (0.5 liters). Milk costs to warm up to about 40 degrees. Vanillin and salt mixed with a glass of sugar, start whipping eggs with melted butter and this mixture. Beat the mixer better - all grains should dissolve, and the mass become smooth. We pour in milk with yeast and begin to knead the dough, gradually introducing twice sifted flour. When the dough stops actively sticking to the surfaces, cover the bowl and leave it to fit. We will fill the filling. You can, of course, bake and just rolls with sugar, but buns with poppy and sugar are much tastier. Poppy pour hot milk (one and a half cups) and, stirring, cook until thick. The cooled poppy is mixed with sugar, and then we act as in the previous recipe: we form and bake our buns, not forgetting to grease them with an egg.
