Throw the cooked apples in a colander and let them sink a little. The dough is rolled into a layer 3 mm thick and cut into thin strips. Sprinkle the dough with sugar and top the apple slices with the skin up. Then very carefully turn off into a roll and form a bud and rose petals. We put each flower on a wooden stick and put it on a greased baking sheet. Bake approximately 15 minutes, constantly turning over. Before serving on the table, we decorate cookies "Rosochki" on straws with powdered sugar.

Rinse the yolks with sugar and add the softened margarine and cottage cheese. We mix everything well and put soda vinegar, or baking powder, which is not vinegar. Then carefully pour the flour and knead the dough uniformly.

Whisk egg whites with sugar powder, to the formation of a lush foam and set aside. The dough is divided into two equal parts and rolled into rectangular strata. Lubricate the prepared cream and wrap it with rolls. Now cut it into pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm and put it on a baking tray. We bake "Rosochki" to the full readiness and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
