Summer always pleases us with its warm, sunny days, but sometimes we really want to cool down a bit. We want to share with you today and tell you how to make ice cream from yogurt. Such a dessert is ready to cook for any hostess, but it turns out to be incredibly tasty and original.
Dietary ice cream from yogurt
Ingredients:
- yoghurt - 500 ml;
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- raspberry - 200 g;
- granulated sugar - 100 g.
Preparation
Take sugar, raspberries and lemon juice, put everything in a blender and whisk it well. Then the resulting mass is poured into a bowl, put yogurt in there and mix. Now take the ice cream maker, pour the cooked ice cream and cook according to the instructions attached to the appliance. Then we pour the dessert into the container and clean it for freezing in the refrigerator. Such a delicacy can be stored for 2 weeks.
Ice cream recipe from yogurt
Ingredients:
- powdered sugar - 200 g;
- lemon - 2 pieces;
- yoghurt - 300 ml;
- fatty cream - 400 ml.
Preparation
Before we start the preparation of ice cream, we need to peel off the lemon skin, rub it with the help of a grub, and then squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Next, combine it with the powdered sugar, add the zest and mix until completely dissolved. Now take the cream, cool them well and beat them with a mixer. When whipping, pour in a thin trickle of yogurt, and then gradually add the lemon mass and continue to whisk for another 10 minutes. We send the prepared base for 2 hours to the fridge, and then serve homemade ice cream from yogurt on the table, spreading the dessert on the kremanki.
Ice cream from yoghurt and fruit
Ingredients:
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- powdered sugar - 50 g;
- fruit yogurt - 500 ml;
- berries and fruits - 300 g.
Preparation
To prepare ice cream from yogurt, we take a mixer and with its help turn berries into puree. Then add the yogurt, pour a little lemon juice and beat the mass thoroughly until smooth. Next, pour the powdered sugar and pour everything into a special container. We send the ice cream to the fridge and mark it for about 3-4 hours to freeze.
Ice cream from yogurt
Ingredients:
- sugar or sugar powder - 150 g;
- fresh mango - 150 g;
- drinking yogurt - 600 ml;
- store cream - 150 g;
- lemon juice - 3 tsp.
Preparation
From the very beginning take all the necessary ingredients, pour them into a bowl and mix until homogeneous. Then add the diced mangoes and lightly beat. Now we need a freezer, in which we freeze the ice cream to 12 degrees. Ready-made delicacy is served in a high glass glass for wine, having decorated at will with fresh, ripe fruits and berries.
Ice cream from yoghurt and condensed milk
Ingredients:
- natural yogurt - 300 ml;
- condensed milk - 150 ml;
- bananas - 3 pieces;
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sweet curd - 1 pack;
- jam - at will.
Preparation
Drinking yogurt poured into a deep bowl. Bananas we take the ripe, peeled and broken into pieces. Then spread the fruit to yogurt, add the cheese and blend all the ingredients of the dessert to homogeneity. After that, we taste the delicacy to taste and, if it seemed to you that it turned out not very sweet, we pour on sugar powder.
If desired, decorate the ice cream with canned berries or fresh fruit. Now take the suitable small cups, pour the prepared mixture there and remove the dessert into the freezer. After about 2-3 hours you will have a wonderful and delicious ice cream made of banana and yogurt.
