Cupcakes - lemon, chocolate, curd - are already a worthy dessert. But if you add a handful of nuts, a few raisins, prunes or colorful candied fruits - the cake turns into a real treat, a unique holiday of taste.

Dried fruits are washed and poured for 10 minutes with boiling water. After the water is drained, and the dried fruits are dipped with a paper towel. We cut them in small pieces. Nuts are lightly fried in a dry frying pan. When they cool down, we crush the cores into several parts. Eggs with a pinch of salt beat into a strong foam, gradually introducing sugar. Flour sift with a baking powder and gently mix it with beaten eggs. If you want to make a chocolate cake with nuts according to this recipe, we substitute a spoon of cocoa powder with a spoonful of flour.

We melt the butter in a microwave or on a steam bath, let it cool down a bit and add it to the dough. We pour vanillin, dried fruits and crushed nuts. The resulting mass is placed in the bowl of the multivarka, pre-lubricated with oil, and turn on the "Baking" mode for one hour.

Peel apples from the peel and core and cut into small cubes. Sifted with salt, the flour is combined with a baking powder, half a sugar, cinnamon and softened oil (half of st. spoons are left to lubricate the molds). We add milk, sour cream and egg. Knead the dough and connect it with apples.

Nuts grind the blender into a large crumb and mix them with the remaining sugar. Fill the layers with silicone molds - a spoonful of dough, a layer of nuts, again dough and so on, until it is filled to 2/3 of the volume.
