  1. Take 2 cups of skim milk (suitable and 1.5% fat, but no more). Preheat the milk, but do not boil. Dip the tea leaves into it, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then the fire can be turned off, and infuse the mixture for another 10 minutes. This drink can be consumed both cold and hot.
  2. Take a glass of milk 1.5 - 2.5% fat, heat it. Separately, brew strong green tea (1 tablespoon without a slide on a glass of water). Combine hot tea and heated milk, about 10 minutes, soak on the stove. The drink is ready!
  3. Milk to the lazy. Brew strong green tea , pour ½ or 2/3 in a mug, and top up the milk. It is better if it is not more than 2.5% fat. This is the most affordable and fast option, which can be prepared in minutes.
