For those who want to lose weight, corn will also come to the rescue, because 100 g of corn contains only 70 calories. Corn diet will help you to lose up to 5 kg of excess weight in 4 days. The presented diet is simple enough, but for these 4 days you need to give up salt and sugar and drink as much mineral water as possible. In the menu of the corn diet, cornflakes are also included, but it is not worth taking them, as they are quite caloric.

Approximate diet of corn diet

All 4 days of the corn diet you will have to eat approximately the same way: for breakfast - unsweetened corn flakes (40 g) with skim milk (100 ml) and tea without sugar. For the second breakfast, a corn salad (canned or fresh) with any vegetables, without salt. For lunch, you eat soup from corn and tomatoes and a glass of mineral water. For a snack - a salad of grated carrots with corn, and for dinner you can eat corn, baked with vegetables (except potatoes). Meals can be swapped, then the diet is not so boring.
