Types of Diets

To date, there are many types of diets: both curative and slimming. And the latter are now particularly popular - because the world just captured the idea of harmony, beauty and eternal youth! Kinds of diets for growing thin, first of all, are short diets and long - food systems.

What are short diets?

Short diets are designed for a period of 3-5 days to a month. This includes the following types of diets:

  1. Mono diets or diets of a single product. Within 3-5 days it is suggested to eat strictly one thing: for example, cucumbers, kefir or apples.
  2. Diets with one main product. For example, grapefruit diet, which at each meal involves eating grapefruit and other foods.
  3. Diets from the stars. Here you can include all kinds of power systems from models and celebrities (for example, the diet of Natalia Vodianova), which presuppose a clearly prescribed menu.
  4. Popular more or less balanced diets (for example, the Ducane diet). The diet can be prescribed accurately or approximately, the size of portions and the allowed products are indicated.
  5. Drinking diets . Diets that usually last 7 or 30 days and assume the absence of any food other than drinks.
  6. Fruit and vegetable diets. These diets work on the principle of raw food - you eat only raw fresh fruits and vegetables, and the body is cleaned and excess weight goes away.

They all give a quick, but very short-term effect, and if you do not stick to the right diet, weight will quickly come to the previous rates.

Long diet for weight loss for women

These are not diets in the narrow sense of the word, namely the food system, which must be adhered to constantly:

  1. Proper nutrition. Balanced, ideal for the human body system.
  2. Fractional power. Food 5-7 times a day in small portions, designed to disperse the metabolism.
  3. Separate food. The combination of products based on the properties of their assimilation by the body.
  4. The "-60" system. A popular weight loss system that involves more abundant meals in the morning and more lean in the evening.
  5. Low-protein, low-carb or low-fat meals. Often, this also includes sports diet for women.
  6. Raw food. Refusal of any unforgiving and cooked food.
  7. Vegetarianism. Refusal of food of animal origin.
  8. Diet by the type of figure. These diets take into account physiology. For example, women "pears" should abandon the sweet and baking, women with broad shoulders and a figure of the male type - to limit the consumption of protein, fatty meat.

Such diets are good not only for women after 40 years, but for all others who want to adhere to a certain diet without harm to their health, rather than gain weight and lose weight alternately.
