Cauliflower is a vegetable with a tender and juicy taste, possessing tremendous nutritional and dietary properties that are not inherent in other types of cabbage and most vegetables. In addition, it contains a whole vitamin complex and many macronutrients. In medicine, it is recommended to regularly consume cauliflower to people who have health problems of the gastrointestinal tract, as it helps to normalize digestion and even healing ulcers and erosions.
Of the cauliflower, you can cook a variety of delicious, interesting and original dishes. Today we will tell you how to prepare a casserole from a cauliflower in a multivariate.
Casserole with cauliflower and chicken
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 medium-sized fork;
- chicken fillet - 450-500 g;
- large onion - 1 pc .;
- egg of chicken - 5 pcs .;
- sour cream - 20 g;
- cream (10% fat content) - 200 ml;
- butter - 10 g;
- hard piquant cheese - 150 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sunflower oil refined - 15 ml;
- greens of dill - 2 branches;
- a mixture of freshly ground peppers - to taste;
- spice curry - to taste;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Fork of cauliflower is washed, cut into inflorescences and cooked in a saucepan with slightly salted water for four minutes. You can boil in the multivark in the "Soup" mode for twenty minutes.
Chopped chicken fillets and peeled, chopped onions are fried in a multivark with cream and vegetable oil in the "Bake" mode for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
We beat eggs with sour cream, cream and salt. Then add curry, pepper, chopped garlic and mix. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater.
To boiled fried chicken, lay the boiled cauliflower, pour the egg-cream mixture and cook in the "Quenching" mode for forty minutes. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
We serve a fragrant casserole, sprinkled with chopped herbs of dill.

Meat casserole with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 medium-sized fork;
- minced meat of any composition - 300-350 g;
- large onion - 200 g;
- bacon smoked - 90 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sour cream - 50 g;
- hard piquant cheese - 75 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sunflower oil refined - 15 ml;
- greens of dill - 2 branches;
- a mixture of peppers - to taste;
- paprika powder - to taste;
- sugar - pinch;
- salad leaves - 4 pcs .;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Rinse cauliflower, cut and divide the inflorescence. Now boil in water and salt for four minutes, drain and let the water drain.
In the "Baking" mode for fifteen minutes fry peeled and chopped onions, bacon and garlic. At the end of frying salt, add a pinch of sugar and mix.
In the next step, mix the minced meat, fry, eggs, add salt, a mixture of peppers, paprika and mix well.
