The bulb is peeled from the husk, cut into thin half-rings and put into the bowl multivarka, lubricated well with vegetable oil. On top put the processed and washed pork ribs and sprinkle them with salt and a mixture of peppers. Then pour a little filtered water and mix everything as it should. Carrots are well washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes. Throw it to the meat, add ripe tomatoes, chopped in circles, and, if desired, put the processed Bulgarian pepper, chopped slices. Now it's time to start potatoes: we clean the potatoes, wash them and shred them in thin circles. We sprinkle the potatoes with ground pepper, spread them into the bowl of the multivark, throw salt to taste and put lean sour cream or mayonnaise. Thoroughly mix everything, set the display mode "Quenching" and prepare the dish for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. After the sound signal, delicious and tender pork ribs stewed with vegetables are ready. We serve the food on the table, decorating, if desired, with fresh herbs.

Next, we will tell you how to cook stewed pork ribs in a multivark. So, the ribs are washed, dried and put it into a deep bowl. Ripe tomatoes are cut into small cubes. We process the bulb, shred cubes and pour the vegetables into dishes with meat. Add a little pepper to taste, pour in soy sauce and olive oil. Thoroughly mix everything and put a little tomato sauce. Now put the bowl in the fridge, top with a lid, and leave for about 2 hours. When the ribs are well-marinated, we spread them together with vegetables and sauce in a bowl and turn on the "Zharka" program for 10 minutes. After that, we switch to the "Quenching" mode and weigh the dish for about an hour, stirring occasionally with a spoon.
