Kissel is a very useful drink, recommended to introduce into the diet of young children. This drink is not only saturated with vitamins, but also contributes to the beneficial work of the digestive system.
Kissel's recipe for a child
- strawberries, strawberries, currants, cranberries - 100 g;
- water - 1 item;
- sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- starch - 1 teaspoon.

- oat flakes - 100 g;

- water - 1.5;
- salt - a pinch;
- sugar - 3 tsp.

- sugar - 2 tsp.

Then, with a thin trickle, pour in the diluted starch, add a little sugar and cook all together for 7-10 minutes. At the same time, we constantly stir the milk jelly so that no lumps form, and it does not burn. Ready to take the drink off the plate, throw a pinch of vanilla to taste. Before serving, we cool the milk jelly and pour it over the glasses, decorating with fresh berries and pieces of fruit.
